4/11 - Figures on Fig: All Ages Figure Drawing with Hand Follows Eye

Hand Follows Eye returns to North Figueroa Bookshop for another edition of Figures on Fig, a playful figure drawing workshop for artists of all skill levels & styles. We’ll practice connecting the eye to the hand and using line and shape to construct lively figures in a series of brief exercises followed by long poses with a live model.

Sketchbooks and a variety of mediums will be provided but attendees are welcome to bring their own supplies. We will aim to draw manually rather than digitally. This workshop is founded upon principles of respect and care for all bodies and may feature musical chairs and impeccable vibes.
